An Italian classic, the Aneri Brut Prosecco starts with grapes grown in the heart of Prosecco DOCG among the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene. The Glera grapes are handpicked to ensure excellence in quality. After they are selected, the grapes under soft pressing for fermentation and then spend six months in large steel vats. The result is an elegant Prosecco – straw-yellow in color, fresh bouquet of floral notes on the nose, with a dry, crisp finish.
