A wine crafted by McGuigan winery, the only winery to be named International Winemaker of the Year four times by the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London, McGuigan’s “The Philosophy” truly reflects dedication to quality. A blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Shiraz, first pressings are fermented in open concrete vats, followed by 24 months aging in new and 12 month old French oak and held an additional 2 years in the bottle before release. This wine is worth the wait as it is full bodied, with complex layers of cassis, blueberries plum and dry herbs.
