Masters in Veneto winemaking, Bertani uses 150 years of traditional techniques to produce world class wines such as the Secco Valpantena Ripasso. The wine starts its journey in the hills of Valpantena and Valpolicella Classica area. After the grapes undergo a first fermentation, they then pass through Ripasso, a second fermentation. This creates a rich, full-bodied wine with intense notes of bramble, blackberry, and ripe cherry, suitable for flavorful dishes.
