An encounter of grand crus, this Chardonnay-based champagne is a blend of two vintages from specifically chosen vineyard blocks in Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. The wine is disgorged 2 months before the release date, and dosage is limited to 5 grams of sugar per liter. The resulting Champagne has notes of toasted brioche bread, slight yeast flavor with an underlying green apple and underripe pear.
