Established in 1820, Pereira D’Oliveira has been one of the most celebrated Madeira houses, both in production and in ageing. Sercial the driving variety in this Madeira is one that drives acidity and minerality, although maderized it's an amazing aperitif, or along side vegetables. From 1989 this one is somewhat young for Sercial, and a rare treat in it's evolution. Asian spices, candied ginger, and almond notes are a true excitement. Give it some air, it'll shine!
