Gosset is relatively small for a grand marquee Champagne house, producing just 50,000 cases a year. They are located in Ay, in the heart of Champagne, and have been making wine there since 1584 making them the oldest currently operating wine producer in the region. This Celebris Extra Brut bottling is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and spends a minimum of 10 years in the cellar before disgorgement.
