The name Carruades comes from the plateau of land adjacent to the Château’s best vineyards, from which this wine is sourced. A classic Bordeaux blend comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the wine is aged 18 months in French oak barrels crafted at the Domaines Barons de Rothschild cooperage.
