2010 Rocca delle Macìe Vin Santo Chianti 500ml

Rocca delle Mace is one of Tuscany's leading wine estates. Though the origin of the name Vin Santo (Holy Wine) is debated, it is a wine produced using traditional methods that have changed very little over time. A rich and round dessert wine with a warm structure that is pleasant on its own and particularly well-suited to crostini, biscotti, and cheeses

ABV % = 15

Chianti is a large region in Tuscany which slowly grew around the area which is now Chianti Classico. Over the centuries the region expanded to accommodate demand for this heralded wine. Today the Chianti region is broken down to Chianti, and the smaller Chianti Classico. Chianti wines, made predominately from Sangiovese, offer a combination of bright fruit and earthiness that make them perfect for everyday drinking.
