BWC was founded by Master Sommelier Paolo Barbieri. Originally from Parma, Italy, Paolo has set out to produce Rhone varietals from top vineyards located in Santa Barbera, California. This Syrah has a secret – a small percentage of Viognier is blended in. The wine is full-bodied and silky, full of black fruits, hints of violets, and a touch of cedar. Concentrated and ripe yet elegant with a wonderful depth that continues to show itself sip after sip.
