2012 Dom. Antonin Guyon Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru
$200.00Charmes – Chambertin was classified as a grand cru site in 1937, along with its 8 grand cru neighbors, all of whom have the “Chambertin” suffix. Pinot Noir grapes are grown in predominantly limestone and clay soils, aged in 40% new French oak for 16 months. A lovely ruby red color reflects the aromas of cranberry and raspberry. This powerful yet elegant wine can be kept for more than 10 years.
