With roots dating back to 1630, the 12th generation of the Chatelain family now runs the 30 hectares of vines that make up the domaine in the Pouilly Fumé AOC. This medal winning wine is classic Pouilly-Fumé; smokey aromas mingle with flint, vanilla, and ripe fruits. A lovely pairing with fish in butter or cream sauce.
