

This Côte-Rôtie style blend from Spain is comprised of old-vine Mencía and Palomino grapes that are hand-harvested, destemmed and pressed in an old-fashioned basket press. The grapes are co-fermented with wild yeasts in steel vat, raised 12 months in old French barriques, and bottled without fining, filtration, or added SO2. The resulting wine is floral and mineral, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity.
