Henri believes in picking at full ripeness, sometimes at the expense of volume. He is often one of the last to be picking in the village. The result is a beautifully concentrated wine; ripe, honeyed, and fresh with a mouthwatering acidity. This is a wonderful value for "village" wine and is capable of aging, that is if you're not tempted to pop it open tonight!
