An exquisite red wine from Nebbiolo is grown in the famous Piedmont - Barbaresco area. Harvest is collected in the first half of October when berries have acquired the necessary ripeness and juiciness. Maceration and fermentation of wort are carried out on the peel for 10-12 days and passes in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with periodic stirring of the "cap." That process gives the wine intense, pleasing, and persistent aromas of nuts, jam, berries, flowers, and spices with a dry, full-bodied, robust profile with supple tannins and pleasant crisp acidity.
