Bertani has earned its reputation for quality Amarone production in part because of their deep sense of respect for traditional winemaking techniques. Their Amarone is consistently crafted using careful bunch selection, meticulous attention to drying of the grapes, and use of Slavonian oak barrels along with additional 12 months bottle aging. A wine worth the wait, the nose reveals typical notes of plum, Morello cherry, followed by subtle notes of nuts, licorice and spices, which are supported by vanilla and red berry fruits on the palate.
