Jean-Claude Mas is a 4th generation grape grower and first generation winemaker ever since taking over the family vines and producing Domaine wines in 2000. Clos du Moulinas is a blend of Syrah and Grenache, typical for the Languedoc region. The wine is vinified separately before ageing together for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak.
