Founded in 1994, Sine Qua Non is hailed for producing benchmark wines from Rhone varieties. A thrilling blend of 90.6% Syrah, 4.4% Petite Syrah, 2.6% Grenache and 2.4% Viognier, all hailing from the Eleven Confessions Vineyard. The wine is aged for 38 months in 66% new French oak. As a result of this extended aging, the 2015 vintage character is front and center. It is rich and sumptuous in the glass, with tremendous aromatic nuance from being fermented using whole clusters.
