2016 Castello di Gabiano La Braja

Grignolino is a specialty grape of Italy's Piemonte region; the name most likely derives from the local dialect referring to "pips" or seeds, the abundance of which contribute to this wine's tannin presence. Gentle, slow pressing during winemaking softens tannins, creating a lighter red wine with notes of violet, roses, and sweet spices. Perfect with your next aperitif or charcuterie platter.

ABV % = 13.5
