This small Domaine in the village of Beaumes de Venise is run by two brothers, Patrick and Vincent Soard, fourth-generation vignerons. This wine is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, and 10% Syrah and gets its pale pink color from the saignée method utilized in making "Ventoux." Floral and fruity, this is a fresh, delightful pink to help you beat the summer heat.
