La Besàvia hails from a south-facing vineyard planted in Can Voal. The grapes were harvested by hand and macerated in whole clusters for approximately two weeks. The wine was fermented together with wild yeast and aged on lees for 10 months before being bottled without clarifying, filtering or adding SO2.
