Jean-Claude Mas is one of the most influential winemakers in the Languedoc – growing his family’s original 86-acre estate into more than 1000 acres since 2000, with an additional 2000 acres under long-term contracts with over 80 growers. This Chardonnay is sourced from vines grown in pebbly clay and limestone-rich soils and aged in stainless steel. The wine is full of tropical aromas and fresh-baked brioche. The palate continues with more tropical fruit and a honeyed finish.
