Yealands PGR is a proprietary blend of Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Riesling from selected parcels that are harvested individually over a two week period. The grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and gently pressed prior to cold settling. Each parcel is fermented separately for a long, cool fermentation to enhance pure fruit flavors. PGR has a solid fruit concentration, great acidity, and has a bright citrus finish.
