The double mountains on the label are inspired by the famous “Roches” or limestone cliffs of Solutre and Vergisson in the heart of the Maconnais Crus region. The vineyard is classic Burgundy terroir: stony soils sit upon limestone and clay. This 100% Chardonnay is aged for 6 months in stainless steel keeping it crisp and clean, the palate bursts with citrus and an underlying minerality. A perfect stand-alone wine but also wonderful with creamy cheeses.
