Matt Naumann and Audra Chapman created Newfound Wines after nearly two decades of managing various wine bars, shops, and cellars across California. The duo farms and sources from an array of vineyards across California, creating wines with a simplistic mindset that shows a “less is more” vibe. Made up of certified organic Mourvèdre from the Scaggs Vineyard in Mt. Veeder, Napa Valley, grown on 18-year-old east-facing vines. Dark and structured, this wine shows flavors of ripe berries, meat, and earth, marked by well-integrated, grippy tannins.
