Lip-smacking Riesling from 50-year-old vines in the family vineyards in Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé. The grapes are picked as late as possible to allow the flavors and complexity to develop; further aided by fermentation to complete dryness in steel tanks and no oak aging. The wine is crisp and complex with a gripping minerality and mouthwatering acidity that leads to a lively finish.
