This Single Block S1 Sauvignon Blanc is grown in a sheltered, relatively warm site located at Yealands’ Seaview Vineyard. The wine undergoes a long, cool fermentation to capture and enhance the distinct flavors of the S1 block. The wine spends 3 months on the lees, with regular stirring for texture and structure. The palate is richly textured with firm acidity and flinty minerality.
