The Mandrarossa team spent more than 20 years studying the terroir in and around Sicily and more locally in Menfi. Their approach has led to some of the most interesting wines using indigenous grape varieties that are so important to Sicily's culture. This wine is an amazing representation of Zibibbo or Muscat de Alexandria, one of the surviving ancient varieties.
