Vuj (eye) offers a great balance and complexity in a bottle. Unlike other Friulano wines characterized by forced maceration and above average alcohol levels, Piuatti Vuj is much more cautious and elegant. This wine is crisp, clean, light and lively with a lovely palate of pears and honeydew.
