2018 Recanati Gris de Marselan Rosé


The grapes used for the Gris de Marselan were destemmed and crushed as whole berries. Ten hours after crushing 100% free-run juice is bled to produce this wine. The juice is cold-settled for three days at 50ºF and is subsequently fermented for 14 days at approximately 57ºF in stainless steel. Pale pink in color with aromas of flower, citrus, and white fruits
