The Pillot Family has a long history in Chassagne-Montrachet, among the cousins, uncles, aunts, and siblings they are responsible for some of the best wines throughout the village. As some of you may know 2019 was an incredible vintage for both red and white Burgundies, albeit extremely limited in production. We're glad to offer up this gem of a wine at an awesome price of $35. All of the bright and vibrant benchmarks of Bourgogne Rouge, with limited oak influence, and the perfect amount of minerality to align the subtle ripeness. Steal of the summer in our eyes!
