The grapes used for Recanati's Gris de Marselan Rosé were destemmed and crushed as whole berries. Ten hours after crushing 100% free-run juice is bled to produce this wine. The juice is cold-settled for three days at 50ºF and is subsequently fermented for 14 days at approximately 57ºF in stainless steel. Pale pink in color with aromas of flower, citrus and white fruits, this wine is bright at first sip. It is perfect as an aperitif and can enhance both Asian and French cuisine.
