This Tempranillo is considered low intervention as it is hand harvested, native yeast fermented, no oak ageing, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered without additional sulfur. The inclusion of a fair amount of whole clusters give this wine that perfect hint of balsamic like sweet acidity. We love this wine for grilled meats of any kind especially sausages, chicken, lamb, pork, or all beef franks!
