While the Côtes de Nuits may be better known for its production of red wines, Domaine Bertagna produces some of the best white wines from the region. Stony soils with good drainage provide prime growing conditions for Chardonnay; the result is a bright wine with floral aromas and a fresh, clean and well-balance palate with a lively minerality. This wine pairs wonderfully with Asian flavors: sushi, Chinese, or Thai.
