

Sourced from grapes grown on low-yielding blocks using only the most sustainable of vine-growing practices, the Pinot Noir grapes are harvested once they reaches optimum ripeness. Grapes are cold macerated at 6°C for around five days before being warmed and inoculated with selected yeasts. The resulting wine is juicy and full of fresh red fruit flavors, with soft tannins and lingering finish.
