The 2021 vintage is made from a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Verdicchio grapes that are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts.The wine is known for its delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and herbs, as well as subtle notes of almond and honey.
