The “reserve” bottling is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes from Trimbach’s vineyards surrounding Ribeauvillé. A structured, balanced wine that is both fruit-forward and subtle; aromas of lemon peel and honeyed fruit develop into a ripe expression in the mouth with superb minerality. A wonderful accompaniment to fish and white meat dishes.
