Denis Jolly is the 4th generation of the Jolie family managing the 42 acres of Chardonnay grapes located just outside of the village of Chablis in northern Burgundy. His Petit Chablis is sourced from vines growing on limestone soils situated high on a plateau with a southeasterly exposure. A pale-yellow color and aromas of white fruit and citrus invite you into the glass where you will find a lively wine balancing good acidity and ripe green apple.
