Union Sacré Winery is a boutique winery located in Paso Robles, California, founded in 2013 by two childhood friends. The winery specializes in Rhône-style wines, particularly blends featuring Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes, but also produces other varietals such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Muscat Ottonel. Their small-batch wines are typically unfiltered and unfined, resulting in a natural and authentic expression of the grapes. 

The Muscat Ottonel is a light-to-medium body and a smooth, silky texture. It offers intense aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, and honeysuckle, which are complemented by hints of tropical fruit. The flavors are complex and flavorful, with ripe peach and apricot notes that are balanced by subtle hints of spice and honey. This wine has a slightly sweet or off-dry taste, but it is balanced by a refreshing acidity that provides a lively mouthfeel. The finish is long and fragrant, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of floral and fruit notes.
