Imagine is Gutierrez de la Vega’s most profound dry red wine from one of the most picturesque vineyards in the Sierra del Ferrer, Marina Alta. It is comprised of 100% Giró, the local clone of Garnacha, from 80-year-old vines planted on clay-calcareous soils. Grapes were manually harvested, destemmed, and fermented with natural yeasts in open-top barrels without any pressing. Only free-run juice was used for this cuvée. The wine spent 3 years in barrels and 1 extra year in bottle before release. The resulting wine is one of the most elegant and fine Mediterranean wines you'll ever taste.
