The delicate Boizel Rosé is comprised of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. At blending, the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir from Champagne’s best terroirs for red wines – Cumières and Les Riceys – gives the Rosé Brut its beautiful color and subtle aromas of red fruits. The Boizel Family, who have been producing Champagne since 1834, have masterfully created a Rosé that is crisp and poised.
