Located on a limestone plateau above the Loire River in the Touraine region, these vines average 50 years old, producing some of the best Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay in the region. The grapes are pressed and fermented together, combining the minerality of Chenin with the finesse of the Chardonnay, resulting in a rich yet fresh sparkler with a white floral finish.
