Champagne Le Mesnil is a Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay), mid-level dosage at 9 g/l, but drinks closer to extra brut. We love this as a replacement for any of the well know Blanc de Blancs and for a splashy entrance with "Grand Cru" and "Le Mesnil" on the front. Scruptions bready notes, with bright lemon curd and apple hints. Moderate finish with nothing pithy about it!
